guys !! Let us tell you our EMAGZ about Nasi Uduk Galah.
In our school there is a place that
popular around us, student of SMAN 4 Bekasi. This place always crowded when
break time come. The place is “Nasi Uduk Galah”. This name is little unique for
a common food like “Nasi Uduk”. What makes this thing unique is how they send
their food to us. It’s so different. They send their food with something like
long wooden paddle that have name “galah”.
They send with “galah” because our
class is at upstair. The place is outside of our school not in our canteen.
You know what ? The most interesting
is the price, it’s fit with student pocket. The cost is Rp. 5000 for economic
package and Rp. 8000 for high package. The content in each pack is nasi uduk,
tempe, noodle, sambal and chip. But if you buy the high package you will get
spicy egg for plus. And for the taste is really delicious. The most attractive
in this food is it sambal. Because the sambal have balance taste between spicy
and sweet.
Talk about “Nasi Uduk Galah”, let us
tell you the seller. The seller is an old woman with wrinkle on her cheek.
While she sell her food, usually she carrying kid. Maybe the kid is her
grandson. We didn’t know what her name, but we often call her “Ibu” or “Nenek”
or “Emak”.
